2025年11月27日上午，我所（Jointide Law Firm）与肯尼亚知名法律服务机构华伦律师事务所（Waren Law Advocates LLP）、北京迈伟律师事务所（Beijing Matrix Law Firm）的战略合作签约仪式在北京嘉里中心迈伟律师事务所太平洋会议室成功举行。此次三方合作旨在整合资源，共同开拓中非法律服务市场，为跨境客户提供更全面、高效的专业服务。
签约仪式上肯尼亚华伦律师事务所管理合伙人兼公司与商业业务团队负责人简妮丝·瓦楚卡·马伊纳女士（Ms. Janice Wachuka Maina）、我所创始合伙人董一鸣律师、合伙人吕玉健律师共同签署了战略合作协议。肯尼亚华伦律师事务所战略部主管埃弗拉伊姆·恩代格瓦先生（Mr. Ephraim Ndegwa）、我所合伙人夏凌霄律师、国际业务中心艾潇瑞律师及北京迈伟律师事务所高级合伙人范超、邱锡梅律师共同出席见证。 会谈中，针对中国与肯尼亚经贸特点，各方就合作模式与服务内容进行了深入探讨，涵盖房地产、金融、高端制造、低空经济、职业教育旅游及农业（茶叶、咖啡种植）、争议解决等多个领域。各方一致认为，服务不应仅限于法律事务，未来可协同拓展至与政府、商会、高校及私营机构的广泛沟通与商务协作，服务范围可覆盖整个东非地区。 此次与非洲知名律所战略合作的达成，标志着我所国际化战略布局的进一步深化，也是我所与北京迈伟律师事务所共同推进M100出海计划的具体举措。众成清泰将以此类合作模式为契机，携手优秀的国际法律、商务合作伙伴，不断提升跨境法律与商务服务能力，为“一带一路”倡议下的中非经贸往来贡献专业力量。 Jointide Law Firm Enters into Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Beijing Matrix Law Firm and Kenyan Waren Law Advocates LLP On the morning of November 27, 2025, Jointide Law Firm, Kenyan Waren Law Advocates LLP, and Beijing Matrix Law Firm successfully held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the Pacific Conference Room of Matrix Law Firm in Beijing Kerry Center. This tripartite cooperation aims to integrate resources and jointly develop the legal services market between China and Africa, providing more comprehensive and efficient professional services for cross-border clients.
The strategic cooperation agreement was signed by Ms. Janice Wachuka Maina, Managing Partner and Team Leader of Corporate and Commercial Practice at Kenyan Waren Law; Mr. Dong Yiming, Founding Partner of Jointide Law Firm; and Mr. Lü Yujian, Partner of Jointide Law Firm. The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Ephraim Ndegwa, Head of Strategy at Kenyan Waren Law; Ms. Xia Lingxiao, Partner of Jointide Law Firm; Ms. Ai Xiaorui, Attorney from the International Business Center of Jointide Law Firm; along with Mr. Fan Chao and Ms. Qiu Ximei, Senior Partners of Beijing Matrix Law Firm. During the meeting, the parties conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation models and service offerings tailored to the characteristics of China-Kenya economic and trade relations. Key sectors covered include real estate, finance, high-end manufacturing, low-altitude economy, vocational education tourism, agriculture (tea and coffee cultivation), and dispute resolution. It was unanimously agreed that services should extend beyond legal affairs to include comprehensive coordination with governments, chambers of commerce, universities, and private institutions, with potential service coverage extending throughout East Africa. The establishment of this strategic partnership with a leading African law firm marks a significant advancement in Jointide's international strategy and represents a concrete implementation of the "M100 Going Global Plan" jointly promoted by Jointide and Beijing Matrix Law Firm. Leveraging this cooperation model, Jointide will continue to enhance its cross-border legal and business service capabilities in collaboration with esteemed international legal and commercial partners, contributing professional expertise to China-Africa economic and trade exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative.
