本次活动有幸邀请到了二十余位来自各行各业的客户友人以及所内外的律师同仁共同参与这场关于运动与工作助力关系的深度探讨。

Over 20 people including lawyers and clients  joined this salon to share their knowledges and experiences.

活动由泰华商恒执行主任张庆律师和泰华商恒海事海商团队负责人张晓倩律师携手主持。张庆首先以 “运动自律：职业目标达成背后的隐形驱动力” 为主题，展开了深入浅出的分享。他从选择该主题的缘由切入，详细阐述了运动自律的内涵与要点，并深入分析了运动自律对工作的积极影响，为在场嘉宾呈现了一场干货满满的精彩分享，引发大家对运动与职业发展关系的深入思考。

The salon was hosted by Executive Director, Zhang Qing, and the Head of the Maritime Team Zhang Xiaoqian. Zhang Qing shared on "Sports Discipline: The Hidden Driver Behind Career Goal Achievement," explaining why we choose this topic, what is sports discipline， elements and benefits of Discipline, and athletic mindset for Career Goals.

张晓倩律师则以其幽默风趣的英语表达，分享了自己在忙碌的工作生活中，如何巧妙地利用体育运动进行充电赋能，为自身的职业发展注入源源不断的动力，生动的案例和诙谐的语言让大家忍俊不禁，同时也收获了实用的经验。

Lawyer Zhang Xiaoqian humorously shared how she uses sports to recharge and refresh herselfas a lawyer. Her engaging stories and witty remarks not only entertained the participants but also provided a way to balance the work and life.

在自由交流环节，现场嘉宾热情高涨，纷纷畅所欲言，分享了自己在工作之余，在世界各地参与各类运动时的独特体验感受，以及运动给他们的工作、生活带来的积极改变。通过这些分享，大家相互交流、相互启发，进一步加深了对运动与工作平衡发展的理解。

During the free talk session, participants actively shared their sports experiences worldwide and how sports positively affect them in both work and life. 

整个沙龙活动现场气氛活泼生动，律师们密切交流解压秘诀，现场来宾也积极参与沉浸式体验互动。在轻松愉悦的氛围中，大家不仅增长了养生健体方面的知识，更实地享受了各类运动带来的轻松与能量。最终，这场融合了运动智慧与职业思考的英语沙龙活动在舒畅愉快的氛围里圆满落下帷幕，为所有参与者留下了一场难忘而富有意义的交流盛宴。

With stories and experiences share by all participants in salon, it is more clear that body exercises and sports play a vitally important role in life, especially for people often with much stresses, and sports disciplines could make sports as a life-long habit, help to shape personality, sharpen the mentality, and stay consistent in both life and work.
